By accessing and using the Aura Global Corporation website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Aura Global Corporation provides healthcare software solutions including Medical Inventory Management System, GoEMR, Patient Portal, and professional website development services. Software product availability dates are estimates and subject to change.
3. 26% One-Time Discount Campaign
The 26% one-time discount for the first 26 customers applies to the initial subscription payment for software products only. The discount is non-transferable and tied to the original signee's account. Website development services are excluded. Spots are confirmed upon receipt of waitlist confirmation email.
4. Website Development Services
Website development is provided as a one-time service. Pricing includes first year of domain registration and email hosting. Subsequent years require renewal fees as specified in the pricing plan. FREE hosting via GitHub Pages is provided indefinitely. Refund policy: 30-day money-back guarantee before final deployment.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code on this website is the property of Aura Global Corporation. Websites built for clients become the client's property upon full payment and delivery. Our software products are licensed, not sold — usage is governed by the applicable Software License Agreement.
6. HIPAA Compliance
This marketing website does not process, store, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI). Our software products (when launched) will comply with HIPAA requirements and Business Associate Agreements (BAA) will be executed with all clients.
7. Limitation of Liability
Aura Global Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
