This marketing website (auraglobal.com) does NOT collect, process, store, or transmit any Protected Health Information (PHI). This notice pertains to our software products (Medical Inventory Management System, GoEMR, Patient Portal) when they become operational.
Our Commitment
Aura Global Corporation is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996 and the HITECH Act. When our software products launch, we will execute Business Associate Agreements (BAA) with all clients.
How Our Products Will Protect PHI
- End-to-end encryption (AES-256) for all PHI at rest and in transit
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) ensuring minimum necessary access
- Complete audit trails for all PHI access and modifications
- Automatic session timeout and multi-factor authentication
- Breach notification procedures compliant with HIPAA and HITECH requirements
