Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Returns Window
Return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of delivery β no lengthy forms, no unnecessary hassle.
Eligibility Criteria
- Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags still attached.
- Original packaging (poly bag, hang tag, gift box if applicable) must be included.
- Personalised or custom-printed items are not eligible for returns unless defective.
- Drinkware and food items (e.g. Snack Box, Care Kit) are not eligible for return once opened.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
How to Initiate a Return
- 1 Email hello@auraglobalcorp.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
- 2 We will respond within 24β48 hours with a return authorisation and the return address.
- 3 Pack the item securely and ship it back using a tracked courier service. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
- 4 Once we receive and inspect the return (usually within 2 business days), we will process your refund or dispatch the exchange item.
Refund Policy
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 3β5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. The credit will appear on your original payment method within 5β10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent item, we will cover return shipping costs and offer you the choice of a full refund, a replacement, or store credit. Please email a photo of the item within 7 days of delivery.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for items returned without original packaging or with minor signs of use, at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom-printed merchandise, digital products, opened food and wellness items, and items returned after the 30-day window are not eligible for refunds.
Common Questions
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes are possible within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately at hello@auraglobalcorp.com or WhatsApp +91 9217010247.
My tracking number is not updating. What should I do?
Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch. If it has been more than 48 hours with no update, please reach out to us and we will investigate.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Standard shipping is available to P.O. Boxes in most regions. Express and Overnight shipping require a physical address.
What happens if my package is lost in transit?
We will open a courier investigation on your behalf. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will reship your order or issue a full refund β your choice.
