Go Developer
Build the backbone of our healthcare platform. You'll design and ship high-performance microservices in Go that power medical inventory tracking, real-time alerts, and HIPAA-compliant data pipelines — systems that hospitals depend on every day.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of production Go experience
- Strong understanding of concurrency patterns, REST/gRPC APIs
- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Bonus: Healthcare domain knowledge or compliance experience (HIPAA, GDPR)
Medical Practitioner / Clinical Advisor
Bridge the gap between clinical reality and software design. You'll validate EMR workflows, review chemo protocol modules, advise on clinical terminology, and ensure our products genuinely solve problems for doctors and nurses — not just look good in demos.
What We're Looking For
- MBBS, MD, or equivalent medical qualification
- Active clinical practice or recent clinical experience
- Interest in health-tech and digital transformation
- Ability to communicate clinical needs to engineering teams
- Bonus: Experience with EMR/EHR systems as a user or evaluator
HR Manager
Shape the culture of a fast-growing healthcare startup. You'll own the full employee lifecycle — hiring, onboarding, engagement, compliance, and retention — while building HR processes that scale from a small team to a distributed organisation.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in HR, preferably in a startup or tech environment
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bonus: Experience hiring for technical roles (developers, designers)
